The only thing left of him that's at all "baby" are his teeth, and based on the looseness of his bottom two, my son's "baby" is about to all fall out. Also, for what it's worth, he dresses himself. I may delicately question his choices, but I do not mock them (much), and I rarely require that he change into something more suitable. It's his mode of expression!

I can't decide if I like the cowboy boots or the TMNT glove the best. So hard to decide! Happy first day of first grade!
Priceless! the smile is the best!
Did you send him with treats for that poor 1st grade teacher? ha ha ha
I think his funky outfit says that he cares a little about what he looks like for his big special day, and I think that is adorable. Part lethal- he hangs with TMNT. Part Preppy-country-adventurer-bobcat. That would be a nightmare for anyone else trying to pull of as many looks.
Give him a high five for me!
I am ALL ABOUT the plaid shorts and cowboy boots. Way to go, Mom, for letting him choose for himself. He's gonna be a trend setter.
I would DIE of happiness if a kid walked in like this on the first day of school. It tells me the kid knows what he wants, the mom lets him think for himself, and he's prepared for anything. Except for the Bobcat hat. I'd probably keep him in from recess for that.
All I can say is PRICELESS! Love that big buddy! Happy School Days!
I have no words for this. Except, maybe..... AWESOME! I think all of the other comments capture it quite nicely. What a punkin.
